The bagels are consistently good and the coffee as well. The food is a tier above fast food in that sandwiches are made to order using above average ingredients. It's a breakfast I can rely on. The service has improved at this location. It was sketchy there for a while. You are greeted when you walk in the door and wait times are shorted even though they appear busier. The seating is limited indoors, but there is additional outdoor seating which is in the shade and pleasant when the weather cooperates.

We are from Hawaii (Obviously) but every time we come to the Ninth Island we come to Einstein Bros Bagel in Summerlin. The bagels are always delicious I usually get the Bacon, and Cheddar on a poppyseed Bagel my go to breakfast bagel sandwich. The Manger Jacob is top notch. Keep up the great work you do sir. We look forward to seeing you when we return.
I love this place. The bagels are fresh and the coffee is always pretty good/hot (considering it is $3 drip coffee, don't expect something crazy high-end). I always order ahead on the app, and it is nice just walking in and being able to grab your food and go. They have great prices on bulk bagels on Monday when ordering in the app as well, so that can be a nice perk. The employees are also really friendly. I have to say, though, if you don't order ahead... I will pray for you. This place can be slooooooooow. I actually don't think it is the employee's fault, even. A lot of the people who come here are older. They don't know what they want. They don't know how to order. They don't know how to pay. It is paaaainful. Oh, it hurts me so much. Just order ahead. You will be very annoyed if you don't.
I love this place, it's truly been a lifesaver ever since I started working in the summerlin area. Food spots are a little limited around these parts and that's why many of them get incredibly busy during lunch time! But these guys make it work, I've never had an issue here. Tip: if you're trying to get a bagel during peak hours, be smart and order ahead!
This store is in a great, central Summerlin location. I really like their brisket breakfast sandwich. Has a little kick with the jalapeños. The caramel cold brew always tastes great. It is a little sweet and good for those days when I'm longing for a sugary coffee. The cleanliness is where I wish the tables and restroom had some improvement. It's what I would say is average. Staff is friendly, though. Parking is good and easy to get in and out. It's a very busy store and always packed. Nice place for quick morning meetings too.
